Warranty

Since our products are designed to last years of use, we offer a warranty on all hardware components included in our collars and leashes. With that said, we will replace the broken hardware components free of charge. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for the product to be fixed.

Please note that the finish on plated metal hardware components can wear with use and change colour over time - this is normal and not covered by the hardware warranty.

Return policy

Returns are accepted on unused stock merchandise with tags attached for 14 days after receipt. The items must be in their original conditions and shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Determining the right size for your dog

The measurements given for our collars are the actual collar lengths on the available settings (for each hole). The easiest way to measure your dog neck size is with a soft fabric measuring tape. It should not be taken too high behind the ears, or too low near the shoulders. Keep in mind that most dogs will wear a flat buckle collar that is 0.5 - 2" larger than their snug neck size.

You have the choice between shipping by mail or pick-up.

Shipping by mail

Penny & Co is offering free standard shipping on all orders of $100 and more to Canada, after applied discounts and before taxes. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories.

Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 days after purchase and buyersare responsable for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
